Visa Everywhere Initiative is an open innovation program that helps startups like yours unlock new opportunities — and can give you a global platform to demonstrate your ground-breaking solutions. The program first launched in the U.S. in 2015, and quickly expanded into a global program. To date, nearly 15,000 startups have applied to the program — many of which now work with Visa or its clients.
How to Participate
The first step to be part of the Visa Everywhere Initiative 2024 is to complete and submit the application. Visa will select one global finalist per each region that will move forward to the global finals event in San Francisco, California.
North America Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, CEMEA [Central Europe, Middle East, Africa] – This region will run additional competitions.

Prizes
Two monetary prizes will be granted during the global finals event, taking place on October 28th at the TechCrunch Disrupt event in San Francisco:
- Overall Winner: $100,000 USD
- Audience Favorite: $20,000 USD (The overall winner is also eligible for the Audience Favorite prize)
Global finalists will be hosted by Visa at the TechCrunch Disrupt Pavilion, where they can exhibit their companies in the Expo Hall. Benefits include:
- One standing demo table or kiosk in the Expo Hall for all 3 days
- One 11” x 14” tabletop sign with sponsor logo
- Founder pass
- Access to complimentary partner wifi network and power
- Access to Startup Exhibitor Lounge
