Illmi Children’s Fund (ICF), a nonprofit organization, is collaborating with the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) of the Pan Atlantic University to offer entrepreneurial training to 300 women.
Scheduled from April 17 to 19 at the National Commission for Colleges of Education in Abuja, the three-day training program aims to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge for entrepreneurial success.
The comprehensive curriculum, covering areas such as accounting, customer service, business modeling, and growth planning, will include interactive sessions to enhance participants’ understanding of entrepreneurship.
Nnenna Ugwu, the alumni director at EDC, highlighted that exceptional participants will have the chance to participate in a three-month mentorship program after the training, further honing their entrepreneurial skills.
Maryam Augie-Abdulmumin, executive director at ICF, expressed excitement about the partnership with EDC, emphasizing their mutual dedication to empowering female entrepreneurs and making a positive impact in their lives.
