Young people provide invaluable knowledge, ideas and energy to society and the workplace. That’s why IFAD offers six-month internship opportunities to recent university graduates or current students specializing in areas of work relevant to IFAD’s mission.
Interns may pursue an additional six-month internship, accessing a different learning experience and broadening their exposure to IFAD’s areas of work.
The internship program provides a monthly allowance. Moreover, to further promote geographic diversity, IFAD offers a higher monthly allowance (contributing to housing and travel expenses) to interns from developing countries who need to travel to their duty station.
