The Global Peter Drucker Challenge Essay Contest, organized annually by the Drucker Society Europe in collaboration with the Drucker Forum, is an international essay competition. It delves into a contemporary management topic, often aligned with the Forum’s theme, within the framework of Peter Drucker’s human-centered management philosophy.
Eligibility Criteria:
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 to 35, including both ages, who are students (enrolled in Bachelors, Masters, MBA, or PhD programs) or young professionals.
General Conditions:
- Applicants must fall within the age range of 18 to 35.
- Applicants should not have been recognized as a Drucker Challenge Laureate, nor have previously participated in the Drucker Forum in such a capacity. In other words, should not have been a past winner, runner-up, or finalist of the Drucker Challenge.
- For instance:
- If you were previously identified as students in their application and are now commencing a career at a university;
- If you were previously identified as students in their application and have since transitioned into managerial or entrepreneurial roles.

- A cash prize of 2.000 EUR

- Funding of travel expenses: Your international travel and accommodation costs for attending the Forum will be reimbursed based on our travel process and policy. Please read the policy terms carefully to avoid travel contingencies.
