Ideation Hub Africa, a prominent accelerator for public policy and social enterprises, has joined forces with the Aspire Coronation Trust (ACT) Foundation to launch the African Masterclass Series (AMS) 4.0. This initiative is designed to empower thousands of African social entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers by providing them with crucial skills to enhance and sustain their social impact.
The African Masterclass Series is an intensive 8-week program consisting of 12 modules aimed at delivering immersive learning experiences. The program is tailored for early-stage and mid-level changemakers, social innovators, nonprofit professionals, and impact-driven individuals, equipping them with the tools necessary to address Africa’s most pressing challenges. Running from September 16 to October 28, 2024, AMS 4.0 offers participants complimentary access to practical insights on entrepreneurship and social innovation, specifically adapted to the African context.
Debola Deji-Kurunmi, the Executive Director of Ideation Hub Africa, expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “We are dedicated to equipping changemakers with the skills and resources essential for driving social impact across Africa. The African Masterclass Series is a key component of our mission to achieve this.”
Under the theme “Vision to Venture: Navigating Your Entrepreneurial Journey from Ideas to Impact,” this year’s AMS focuses on helping participants develop the core competencies needed to transform ideas into ventures that make a real impact. The program highlights the importance of aligning vision with strategies, resources, and long-term goals to address social challenges and promote community welfare.
Through this collaboration between Ideation Hub Africa and ACT Foundation, African changemakers will gain access to vital knowledge, forge connections with like-minded individuals, and create lasting, positive change across the continent.
