The Oribi-run program, powered by AfriFOODlinks, is situated in Cape Town and aims to facilitate and bolster the growth of early-stage entrepreneurs into successful social entrepreneurs within the agri-food industry. Emphasizing a circular business model, the program strives to drive inclusive growth and transform the food system in South Africa.

Selected entrepreneurs will receive access to a supportive network and resources tailored to aid their success. This includes mentorship from industry professionals, targeted coaching sessions, networking opportunities, and grant funding to expand their social enterprises.
Selection Process:
- March 4, 2024: Application Opens
- April 18, 2024: Application Deadline
- May 2024: First Round of Selection – 100 candidates will be shortlisted for the ‘FOODATHON’ selection phase.
- From this pool, 15 candidates will be chosen to participate in the nine-month incubation program starting in the latter half of 2024.
