The Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), in partnership with the German banking institution ODDO BHF SE, has officially opened applications for a $150 million offshore financing facility.

Designed to boost Nigeria's industrial capacity and strengthen regional competitiveness, this facility provides eligible local businesses with access to long-term capital and single-digit interest rates.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for funding, applicant companies must meet the following standards:

  1. Registration: Must be a legally registered corporate entity with Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
  2. Financial Track Record: Possess at least three (3) years of audited financial statements.
  3. Association Membership: Be a verified, financially active member of a recognized organized private sector body, such as:
  4. NACCIMA or any affiliated chamber of commerce
  5. Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN)
  6. Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (NASME)
  7. Nigerian Association of Small Scale Industrialists (NASSI)
  8. Compliance: Adhere to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards.
