The Enel Foundation has launched the second edition of the wAtt-boost – Youth Power Start-Up in Africa Program. This entrepreneurship and innovation initiative supports young African entrepreneurs developing solutions to accelerate Africa’s energy transition and boost sustainable electrification.

  • Ownership/Registration: The entrepreneur must hold African citizenship OR the startup must be registered in Africa.
  • Operation History: The startup must be registered for at least 1 year.
  • Sector: Renewable energy and electrification (e.g., AI, grids, climate adaptation, clean cooking, e-mobility, agrivoltaics).
  • Language: Proficiency in English (native speaker, CAE certificate, or a degree taught in English).
