The Ecoleaders Accelerator Program 3.0, delivered by FABE International Foundation in partnership with Deloitte, is designed to support youth-led climate innovation that can scale across communities in Nigeria.
Focus Areas

- Waste management solutions
- Circular economy systems
- Renewable energy development
- Climate adaptation and action
- Community-based sustainability projects
What Participants Will Gain
Selected applicants will go through a structured development journey that includes:
- Six-month intensive training on climate leadership and sustainability
- Mentorship from industry and environmental experts
- Seed funding opportunities for selected projects
- Access to national and global visibility platforms
- Hands-on implementation of real community projects
- Pitch development and presentation training
- Networking with climate-focused innovators and stakeholders
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be resident in Nigeria
- Demonstrate strong interest in environmental sustainability
- Be ready to implement practical, measurable climate solutions
