Ambitious Nigerian graduates looking to fast-track their careers and step into high-impact leadership roles can now apply for the 2026 Junior Achievement Nigeria Venture in Management Program (ViMP).
Delivered in partnership with the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS), ViMP is an intensive, one-week mini-MBA designed to equip outstanding young professionals with the corporate skills, ethical grounding, and networks required to excel in the global business arena.
Program Structure & Delivery Modes
ViMP introduces participants to core business principles and ethical leadership through high-impact interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and hands-on career development sessions.
To accommodate top talent across the country, the 2026 cohort will feature a hybrid structure:
- Physical Participation: The top 50 applicants with the highest assessment scores will be invited for a fully immersive, in-person experience on-site at Lagos Business School. (Note: Selected physical participants must cover their own travel costs).
- Virtual Participation: An additional 50 shortlisted candidates will be selected to experience the entire program virtually.
Applicants can state their preferred mode of learning during the application process, though final placement is merit-based.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this highly competitive program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: Must be a Nigerian graduate.
- Age Limit: Between 18 and 27 years old.
- NYSC Status: Must be currently serving, awaiting posting, or have completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) within the last six months.
- Availability: Must commit to being fully available for the entire duration of the one-week program.
