While the program welcomes diverse talents, priority consideration will be given to the highest-performing students whose academic profiles and career trajectories align with U.S. strategic interests in:
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Critical Emerging Technologies
What Does OFP Cover?

To be eligible for the 2026/2027 cohort, applicants must meet the following strict criteria:
- Academic Excellence & Leadership: Demonstrate top-tier academic performance and strong leadership potential.
- Clear Intent: Show a definitive commitment to pursuing post-secondary (undergraduate or postgraduate) studies in the U.S.
- Proven Capability: Exhibit a verifiable record of notable achievements and strong research capabilities.
- Visa Integrity: Demonstrate a clear understanding of, and absolute commitment to, U.S. visa integrity, regulatory compliance, and responsible participation in U.S. exchange programs.
