Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with the recruitment team to manage administrative workflows, streamline candidate interactions, and optimize hiring tools. Duties include:
- Candidate Management: Longlisting CVs, scheduling interviews, briefing candidates, and delivering prompt communications throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Applicant Tracking & Data: Updating candidate profiles in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and extracting recruitment data for weekly reporting.
- Process Support & Logistics: Coordinating interview panels, distributing materials, and collaborating with managers to identify and solve hiring bottlenecks.
- Team Projects: Assisting with ad-hoc HR tasks and testing new recruitment tools.
