- Degrees: A relevant NQF 7 qualification completed within the last 3 years (or currently in your final year), alongside a Grade 12 National Certificate.
- Academic Average: A minimum overall average of 60% in your most recent results.
- Experience: Less than 2 years of formal corporate work experience.
- Graduation Proof: You must be able to provide official proof of your completed degree by January 15, 2027.
Legal & Location Criteria
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen with a valid 13-digit SA ID.
- Background Checks: Clean credit and criminal records are mandatory.
- Relocation: Willingness to live and work where your team is based (Stellenbosch, Century City, or Sandton).
