Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Academic Standing

  • Degrees: A relevant NQF 7 qualification completed within the last 3 years (or currently in your final year), alongside a Grade 12 National Certificate.
  • Academic Average: A minimum overall average of 60% in your most recent results.
  • Experience: Less than 2 years of formal corporate work experience.
  • Graduation Proof: You must be able to provide official proof of your completed degree by January 15, 2027.

Legal & Location Criteria

  • Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen with a valid 13-digit SA ID.
  • Background Checks: Clean credit and criminal records are mandatory.
  • Relocation: Willingness to live and work where your team is based (Stellenbosch, Century City, or Sandton).

Core Skills

  • Excellent communication and relational skills.
