Applications are officially open for the Skills Builder Global Impact Fellowship 2026. Designed for mission-driven organisations around the globe, this capacity-building initiative provides expert training, dedicated mentorship, and practical framework tools to integrate essential skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership into existing community programs.
Core Objectives & Core Skills Focused
The fellowship is engineered to help grassroots and global non-profits measure and scale their social impact. Participating organisations will focus on building four key essential skills within their target communities:
- Communication: Strategies to enhance collaboration, outreach, and leadership clarity.
- Teamwork: Frameworks to foster strong cooperative dynamics across teams and communities.
- Problem-Solving: Methods to analyze complex challenges and build actionable solutions.
- Leadership: Tools to enable confident decision-making and project guidance.
