Stanbic IBTC Holdings has launched applications for the 2026 Blue Internship Programme, an initiative aimed at helping Nigerian students gain real-world workplace experience before graduation. The programme is designed to prepare undergraduates for future careers by exposing them to corporate operations, professional mentorship, and hands-on learning within one of Nigeria’s leading financial institutions.
What the Blue Internship Programme Offers

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the internship programme, applicants must:
- Be undergraduate students with at least one completed semester
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or a Second Class Upper equivalent
- Study Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, Insurance, Information Technology, or related courses
- Show strong leadership potential and academic excellence
- Possess good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Be available for the internship from 1 July to 30 September 2026
