Union Bank of Nigeria has officially opened applications for its 2026 Management Trainee Programme and Tech Bootcamp, aimed at recruiting and developing early-career talent into future leaders within the banking sector.

Management Trainee Programme

The Management Trainee Programme provides participants with comprehensive training across various business areas of Union Bank to build well-rounded banking professionals.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with at least Second Class Lower Division, or Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of Lower Credit from a recognized institution.
  • O'Level Requirements: At least 5 O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.
  • Age Limit: Maximum of 27 years at the time of application.
  • NYSC: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.

Tech Bootcamp Programme

Designed for tech-inclined individuals, the Tech Bootcamp focuses on developing specialized technical, business, and leadership capabilities required for digital banking operations.
