01
Business development
Strategy & operational support for MSMEs
We work alongside founders and management teams on strategy, operating models, and the day-to-day systems that let a small business grow without breaking. Advisory is delivered by consultants drawn from our 200-strong technical bench, matched to the sector and stage of the business.

02
Access to Finance & Investment Readiness
Grants, loans, blended finance & capital-raise prep
We help you find the right grant, loan, or blended-finance facility, prepare the application, and manage the reporting that follows. Over ₦500M in financing facilitated to date. We also get businesses to the point where they survive contact with an investor: data room, due-diligence pack, governance, and the capital-raise story, all ready before the first meeting, not during it.
03
Emerging Tech Training & Digital Transformation
Building practical skills for the digital economy
We deliver practical learning opportunities that help individuals, organisations, and emerging professionals understand and apply new technologies. Our training covers artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud technologies, data, and other emerging digital tools. We also support organisations, businesses, and institutions seeking to understand challenges, develop evidence-based solutions, and use technology to improve the way they work, connecting research, innovation, and digital transformation to practical organisational needs.

04
Cross-border market access
Trade facilitation across ECOWAS & Sahel
Trade and market entry across all 15 ECOWAS and Alliance of Sahel States countries. We handle the regulatory side, find you local partners, and deliver through our regional network.
05
STEAM Talent Development
Developing the next generation of innovators
We build early pathways into Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) through practical learning, creative exploration, and hands-on experiences. Through initiatives such as TLab, young people are introduced to technology, creativity, problem-solving, and the skills needed to explore future opportunities.
